Her ongoing body of work is concentrated in abstract landscape painting. Using no specific landscape as her source, she finds inspiration in responding to her environment as a whole. As an artist Edwards searches for a way to express what she sees and how she sees it. The cracked and stained cement after a morning rain becomes the source.
